Recently, I stepped on a rusty nail and immediately my family and I looked up and found the MultiCare clinic near Aurora.The office staff and medical professionals were friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. I have not had any better service at any other place and have had quite a few medical mishaps!(:I would absolutely recommend this provider to strangers as well as family members.

Important feedback:Please please please train the nurses or anyone else that lances boils to numb around the boil and not into the boil. I had an extremely angry boil and my nurse put 3 shots into the boil. I just about passed out and I was numb at all during the rest of the procedure. I think this might help future guest be in less pain.

MultiCare was able to schedule me in on a Sunday afternoon after UW Ballard Urgent Care turned me away. As a new, walk-in patient, the wait time was 2.5 hours that afternoon. That was very painful. However the vide of the waiting room areas were upbeat, and the furnitures were very comfortable. I wish there were magazines or books to read. It feels more like a coffee shop than urgent care center. I appreciate that very much. I’d recommend MultiCare for an urgent care visit.

Everything was great, but when an appointment is scheduled in advance, the entry time to the clinic should be adhered to, and there should not be a delay of about thirty to forty-five minutes for the visit. Of course, this issue has become common in all medical centers and is not limited to you. Also, despite having severe COVID-19 symptoms, no specific medication or treatment was provided, and I hope I can survive and that the infection does not spread to other organs like it has in most patients!

The staff at this Indigo Urgent Care are always so friendly and listen to all of my concerns. I’m autistic and can have a lot of difficulties going to the doctor, especially when it’s urgent so it’s nice to have a friendly/safer place to count on when unforeseen circ*mstances arise. I was helped by an RN or ARNP training today, I think her name was Lindsay Grahan. She did a great job and I’m very thankful for her help/support.

I have an adult son with a severe traumatic brain injury, he was suffering from possible urinary tract infection and possible kidney stones. Our family doctor was on vacation. They were very kind and doctor knew what meds to subscribe. I highly recommend them.

Support staff was amazing! Scheduling was so easy! Clean office! I am disappointed in my care, though. Was not given any reason for my symptoms, had to show doc where my swollen lymph nodes were (he was feeling AROUND them), and then prescribed steroids with no reason why. Have no idea why I need them or what they will do. Unfortunately, I don't feel the doctor was thorough.
