@Xfinity I have never been more frustrated with a company than I have for the past few months. 5 years ago I set up Xfinity and technician never showed up (no call or anything). My modem was too old and the wires outside were loose but Xfinity kept telling me to upgrade my plan

@Xfinity so after arguing for 20 minutes he finally agreed to transfer me to his supervisor.. his supervisor told me that my old modem had internet and does not know why that guy was telling me I didn’t. Soooo, thanks for the stressful and incompetent service. 😡

Make sure you keep a CLOSE look at your @Xfinity bill! Our bill was $70 higher than normal! We've never been late, have proof that we pay it on time each month. They can't explain where it came from and are refusing to take it off..not paying it until they tell me what it's for!

While I’m at it I’ll also say that the way large communications companies continue to mislead and manipulate customers is terrible. It’s not just @ATT. We’re on @Xfinity and they’re just as bad at customer service & loyalty.

@Xfinity on the phone with customer service for an hour and theythey are setting up my new modem... but instead they “accidentally” cut off my internet for the day until tomorrow because of ENTIRELY incompetent customer service. Good thing I have a zoom conference to attend 🤬

@MyCCITweets I tried talking to the Phaze5 foreman but all he would say was he had called @Comcast. Comcast has temporarily repaired the damage. How do I get a service credit for this incompetence? (Using cellular data instead is costly.)
