Made an appointment for 4pm when they opened 7/9/2022. When I showed up, they advised 30 minutes wait as they didn’t have my appointment. At 430pm, they had walk-ins, and they didn’t even acknowledged i have been sitting there. What customer service NOT!

I love this place!! 5 min from home, their work is great but I don’t see the point in making an appointment and then still having to wait 30-45min. Made an appointment for 12, when I arrived they were with customers which I understand I can wait a couple more minutes but 45min thats not acceptable.

Will never go back! Made appointments the day before for 3 people. After our pedicures we proceeded with our nails. They completely skipped over my niece(a mother of four so time is precious) Left her sitting in pedicure chair and took other people that came in after us. I asked many times if she was next. They never took her. Ended up leaving. No apologies. Please go somewhere else
