Note: The item with the same sprite as the Reaper Mask is a Beheaded Horror, which can be dropped from Tier III or IV Revenant Horrors with a very small chance.
Note: The top left item is a Reaper Scythe Blade, it can be dropped from Tier IVs once you reach Zombie Slayer LVL 7. The 3 diamond swords are Reaper Falchions.
Those are all the rewards, in total the HP adds up to +23 Max HP.
Wand of Healing - Heals for 20 HP/sec for 7 seconds at the cost of 60 Mana.
Zombie Ring - Reduces the damage taken from zombies by 10% (Common Talisman).
Revenant Viscera - Used in a lot of the Zombie Slayer Recipes.
Revenant Falchion - Damage: 90 / Strength: 50 / Intelligence: +100 / Deals +150% damage to zombies. Used to make Reaper Falchions.
Wand of Mending - The upgrade of the Wand of healing. Heals for 30 HP/sec for 7 seconds at the cost of 80 Mana.
Crystallized Heart - Health: +50 / Defense: +10 / Intelligence: +50 / Item Ability Healing Boost: Doubles ALL healing effects (Natural and all other healing, even healing to others).
Revenant Chestplate - Health: +180 / Defense: +70 / Piece Bonus Zombie Bulwark: Kill zombies to gain more defense against zombies / Set Bonus Trolling the Reaper: Healing wands heal +50% and gain 100 Defense against Zombies.
Revenant Leggings - Health: +120 / Defense: +50 / Piece and Set bonus are the same as Rev Chestplate.
Revenant Boots - Health: +100 / Defense: +30 / Piece and Set bonus are the same as Rev Chestplate.
Revenant Minion - Generates Rotten Flesh and Diamonds at a faster rate than Zombie minions, but slower than Diamond minions. Note: This minion does NOT generate Revenant Flesh!
Devour Ring - Heal 5 HP when killing a monster (Rare Talisman).
Voodoo Doll - Shoots arrows from every direction around the targeted monster. Monsters hit by at least 1 arrow are poisoned for 10 seconds and take 1500 damage every second, they will also be slowed down. Using this costs 200 Mana.
Wand of Restoration - The upgrade of the Wand of mending. Heals for 40 HP/sec for 7 seconds at the cost of 100 Mana.
Zombie Artifact - Reduces the damage taken from zombies by 15% (Rare Talisman).
Revived Heart - Health: +100 / Defense: +35 / Intelligence: +100 / Item Ability Healing Boost: Doubles ALL healing effects (Natural and all other healing, even healing to others).
Reaper Mask - Health: +100 / Defense: +40 / Intelligence: +50 / Item Ability Disgusting Healing: Doubles ALL healing effects (Natural and all other healing, even healing to others). Spawn twice as much as zombies from the Reaper Scythe. Upgrades the Zombie armor effect to trigger on all hits.
Reaper Falchion - Damage: 120 / Strength: 100 / Intelligence: +200 / Heal 10 HP each hit. Deal +200% damage to Zombies, and receive 20% less damage from Zombies when held.
Reaper Scythe - Damage: 300 / Speed: +10 / Item Ability Desecration: Within 3 seconds of killing an enemy, spawn a friendly zombie with your stats which kills enemies for you, the zombie loses 2HP/sec. Using this ability costs 150 Mana. Up to 5 Zombies can help you at once.
Revenant Horrors will always drop an item, based on what level you are and which Tier Revenant Horror you spawned, the rewards will be better.
Zombie Slayer LVL 0 and above:
Revenant Flesh: 1-3 from Tier I, 9-18 from Tier II, 30-50 from Tier III, 50-64 from Tier IV. (75%)
Foul Flesh: 1 from Tier II, 1-2 from Tier III, 2-3 from Tier IV. (20%) Can't drop at Tier I
Zombie Slayer LVL 2 and above:
Pestilence Rune: 1 from Tier II/III/IV. (5%) Can't drop at Tier I
Zombie Slayer LVL 3 and above:
Undead Catalyst: 1 from Tier II/III/IV. (1%) Can't drop at Tier I
Zombie Slayer LVL 4 and above:
Smite 6 Enchanted Book: 1 from Tier III/IV. (1%) Can't drop at Tier I/II
Zombie Slayer LVL 5 and above:
Beheaded Horror: 1 from Tier III/IV. (<1%) Can't drop at Tier I/II
Zombie Slayer LVL 6 and above:
Revenant Catalyst: 1 from Tier II/III/IV. (<1%) Can't drop at Tier I
Snake Rune: 1 from Tier IV. (<1%) Can't drop at Tier I/II/III
Zombie Slayer LVL 7 and above:
Reaper Scythe Blade: 1 from Tier IV. (<1%) Can't drop at tier I/II/III
