@comcastcares I left Xfinity/Comcast years ago in part due to lack of responsive customer service. Trying an experiment: When fixing a downed line an Xfinity contractor ran it right through the middle of our front yard. I’ve wanted it gone for years. No luck. Will this work?

Do not get locked in by dish network. The second you are late. Being, not a month early they cut your cable. I was in hospital for two months years ago when I had xfinity and they never cut it off. Don't get dish, trust me

Has u pay after u use but not dish@ Was in hospital with xfinity for 3 months,a waste but they were gracious enough to not cut it off and I paid it. Within 2 months lost Titans and Preds. Guy in my house promised never would I lose those. False promises and locked in 4 8 months.

Y’all do NOT get internet through @Xfinity they will over charge you every single month. I just had to elevate a situation all the way to HR to get a solid resolution

Watching @NASCAR_Xfinity see an ad about xfinity mobile as the #1 in customer satisfaction - I just started laughing ! They wouldn’t come in 1st if they were the only carrier it took them 4 days an 14 hours on hold for them to get my new iPhone working 😡

@Xfinity @comcastcares i have been trying to get help for weeks..we are and have been,using an antenna more often than not for the last 2-3 months..wifi sucks & the TV will all of a sudden quit HDMI and im.sick if plugging/unplugging. Your phone people tell me I have to go thru

Just learned that @comcast in FL is going to charge my dad ~$1000 in fines because he couldn't notify them in time because my stepmom was in the hospital for an emergency and passed away 72 hrs later. So my dad loses his wife suddenly and Comcast wants to fine him for being late.

@Xfinity Well, still no resolution. Xfinity wants me to use their modem even though my modem and router are better, so they sent me a modem and they can't connect it. 3 agents can't figure out how to connect their own equipment which I don't need. Their app for Android & ios is broken

@AynRandPaulRyan My beep was an old Verizon installation from someone that had moved out. I had Comcast, so equipment was never removed. It was saying the battery needed to be replaced. Random and annoying

@Xfinity I called prior to getting the service about my separate unit number. I wake up this morning with my services cut off when I never canceled but the guy I spoke with insists that I did. Still waiting for them to call me back and put my services back on
