That’s it. Leaving @Xfinity internet and NEVER coming back. Can’t ever talk to an actual person about how bad the internet is. Paying $133/month for (usually) 100mbps download and 9mbps Upload is a RIPOFF…Today, it’s crashed 5 times and I am getting ONLY 1.48 download.

I thought Comcast was bad but I'm afraid that @Verizon has taken the prize as the #worst #customersupport in history. What sealed the deal is the amazingly unstable interface. Sure I have hours to type the same thing over and over again or sit on hold. No problem. @VerizonSupport

@CjNascar6767 They already support Brandon Jones on the Xfinity side. But they seem to not be set in stone to just be with one team or driver, as they were with Penske and JGR in Xfinity in years past. Perhaps they’d help replace Mars, Inc.

Thankfully @ATT is coming tomorrow to install Fiber 1000.Should be getting 1GBps Download and Upload speed soon, and I’ll be saving money. Don’t know why my bill kept rising slowly with Xfinity from $80 to $110 to $125 and now $133, just for the service to get worse and worse

Just learned that @comcast in FL is going to charge my dad ~$1000 in fines because he couldn't notify them in time because my stepmom was in the hospital for an emergency and passed away 72 hrs later. So my dad loses his wife suddenly and Comcast wants to fine him for being late.

@Xfinity Well, still no resolution. Xfinity wants me to use their modem even though my modem and router are better, so they sent me a modem and they can't connect it. 3 agents can't figure out how to connect their own equipment which I don't need. Their app for Android & ios is broken

@AynRandPaulRyan My beep was an old Verizon installation from someone that had moved out. I had Comcast, so equipment was never removed. It was saying the battery needed to be replaced. Random and annoying

@Xfinity I called prior to getting the service about my separate unit number. I wake up this morning with my services cut off when I never canceled but the guy I spoke with insists that I did. Still waiting for them to call me back and put my services back on
