Just learned that @comcast in FL is going to charge my dad ~$1000 in fines because he couldn't notify them in time because my stepmom was in the hospital for an emergency and passed away 72 hrs later. So my dad loses his wife suddenly and Comcast wants to fine him for being late.

@Xfinity Well, still no resolution. Xfinity wants me to use their modem even though my modem and router are better, so they sent me a modem and they can't connect it. 3 agents can't figure out how to connect their own equipment which I don't need. Their app for Android & ios is broken

My internet just went down. Been down all morning. Maybe time to find a new provider. I am working from home and can't seem to get the right support. A person from India is chatting with me right now. What kind of support is that? #comcastsucks @Xfinity #xfinitysucks

Xfinity has by far the worst customer service. I swear I have to call them at least once a month and they never know what the hell is going on.

@Kev_Campbell @comcastcares Man you know you can’t have cable service without the cable company normal 💩. They have gotten better over the years but it’s still 💩.

@AynRandPaulRyan My beep was an old Verizon installation from someone that had moved out. I had Comcast, so equipment was never removed. It was saying the battery needed to be replaced. Random and annoying

@Xfinity I called prior to getting the service about my separate unit number. I wake up this morning with my services cut off when I never canceled but the guy I spoke with insists that I did. Still waiting for them to call me back and put my services back on
